It sits within a tree-lined garden and courtyard of featuring a large patio/summer kitchen overlooking a 8 x 5 metre tiled kidney-shaped swimming pool, 1.30 metres deep throughout, with 5 steps to access it. It is equipped with a fall detection alarm. The house has a barbecue area with a plancha grill.   lg.jpg)  The property is peacefully situated, fully enclosed by walls, backing onto vineyards to the south.The courtyard at the front is lined with plane trees and accessed from the street via an automatic gate. The house is equipped with a burglar alarm, which occupants are free to use at their discretion. Upstairs, the house offers four large bedrooms: one with a 180 cm wide bed, two others with 160 cm wide beds, and a fourth with two 90 cm wide beds, along with a large bathroom featuring a double sink, a bathtub, a shower, and a WC. All four upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.        On the ground floor, there is a library bedroom with a 100 cm wide bed, a shower room and a WC, a large fully equipped kitchen with a large table, and a 50 m² living-dining room with two sofas, a television, and WiFi. The library bedroom, WC and shower on the ground floor are accessible to people with reduced mobility, as are the outdoor areas, including the patio, garden and swimming pool. An exercise bike, a weight machine and a weight bench are available for use.    
Local Activities Activities include walking or cycling along the banks of the Canal de la Robine and the Canal du Midi, boat trips on the canal, the Amphoralis Gallo-Roman museum in the village of Sallèles d'Aude, the charming village of Le Somail on the Canal du Midi, 5 minutes away by car, with its large renowned library of antique books and numerous charming restaurants, the Narbovia Roman museum in Narbonne with its famous covered market halls, and Fontfroide Abbey, 25 minutes away by car. |
