The mediterranean garden which surrounds the house features a swimming pool (5 x 3mt, with pool alarm) as well as an ancient olive tree. The covered terrace is furnished with patio furniture, and sun loungers allow you to make the most of summer living or for relaxing in the shade of the ancient olive tree. Secure parking is provided for two cars.  
   The open-plan living area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area with sliding doors with give onto the garden and pool area, and to the covered terrace.    The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an induction cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher electric coffee maker, electric kettle and a toaster. There is also a pantry with an additional fridge and a washing machine. The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed each (160 x 200 cm) and one with a single bed (90 x 190 cm). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a French door leads to the covered terrace. There is also a family bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
