Enter the garden gates and take the path past the Oleander bushes to a patio and private entrance which opens into the airy and sunny lounge, with its comfortable two seater settee, armchair, television (with DVDplayer) and a well stocked bookcase. The settee converts to the third bed. There is a CD/radio, and internet access is available via WiFi.    
The built-in equipped modern kitchen comprises stainless steel sink, vitroceramic 4 burner electric hob, extractor fan, free standing fan- assisted electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee percolator, toaster and electric kettle. The various drawers and cupboards contain cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware. The dining table and chairs are just by the kitchen.  The spacious bedroom contains a double bed with matching bedside tables, bedside lamps, a wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hanging space. A cozy corner with easy chairs is next to the bookcase. There is also a clock/radio/alarm and hair-dryer for your use. For the cooler months, there are modern, efficient electric heaters in all rooms and heated towel rails in the bathroom. Shutters on the windows provide security and protect from the sun during the hotter months.     The Mediterranean garden around the apartment is planted with lavenders and shrubs typical for the region and perfect for relaxing and/or sunbathing, and there are two private patios for outdoor dining and enjoying a glass of wine.     
Table, chairs and sun umbrella are provided as are sun loungers. There is also a BBQ for your use in an appropriate part of the garden. Please note that the garden is a work in progess - it has been planted several years ago, but is not yet fully mature and therefore does not yet offer complete seclusion. 
The utility room, with washing machine, clothes airer, steam iron and ironing board, has ample storage space for suitcases and is cool enough to store the wine. On the opposite side of the corridor is the roomy bathroom/WC which has a hydro-massage shower cubicle with seat and choice of two shower heads. The vanity unit sink/mirror has ample storage space for your toiletries.   |
