Villa Java is an attractive and stylish property which comprises four en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining area, and a large living room with living and dining areas. Outside there is a private swimming pool (5.5 x 4mt), terraces and a secure parking space.
The main living accommodation is on the ground floor. You enter the house from the street and step into the hallway.
To the left of the hallway is the large, double aspect living room. Ahead of you is the dining area, attractively furnished with a large dining table and chairs. A modern sideboard holds a selection of crockery. This part of the room overlooks the front of the house.

The sitting area in the living room is furnished with sofas and there is a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
French doors lead from the sitting room to the pool area at the back of the house. The pool area is surrounded by hardwood decking, and there is plenty of space for a sun lounger and chairs. The pool is equipped with a laser alarm. A wall separates the pool area from the neighbouring gardens, whilst leaving the views of the surrounding trees.

To the right of the entrance hallway is the beautifully fitted kitchen, which is equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A utility room next to the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining area in the kitchen is furnished with a glass topped dining table and chairs, and sliding doors allow access to a terrace, with the pool area beyond, as well as the secure parking space.

Outside the kitchen are two patios - the area to the left is furnished with a bench and low chairs, and to the right is a dining suit for outdoor dining. Both patios benefit from shade and a gas BBQ will allow to make the most of outdoor living.

From the dining area in the kitchen, a staircase gives access to two bedrooms on the first floor: One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and wash hand basin. The other bedroom on this floor is furnished with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and has an en-suite shower room, with shower cubicle and wash hand basin. There is a separate WC on the first floor.
On the ground floor are two further bedrooms. Both are furnished with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and both have en-suite shower rooms with wash hand basins. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.

More about Narbonne and area
Narbonne first came to prominence as the capital of Gallo Narbonnensis or Roman Gaul. Remains from this time are numerous: the Archaeological Museum has Roman mosaics and murals on display, which have been excavated in Narbonne; the Musee Lapidaire has the largest collection of bas relief outside of Rome; the Horreum Romain is an underground storehouse which can be visited, and the Romans left behind the street pattern. The Via Domitia runs right through town and across the built on bridge over the Canal de la Robine. Other epochs have also left their traces, and the town is rich in architectural gems, such as the gothic cathedral, the archbishop's palace, the 19th century market halls or the 17th century town houses.

The market halls are a perfect place to discover French food and drink. The variety of produce is legion and the choice of cheeses amazing. Here you'll also find a bar or two, where you take a break or enjoy a convivial lunch. Across the bridge along the canal is the outdoor market which takes place several times a week.

The canal de la Robine runs right through the centre of Narbonne and invites you to take a leisurely boat ride. A bicycle ride along the towpath in the direction of Gruissan will take you to nature reserves. The closest beaches are Gruissan Plage, Narbonne Plage and St Pierre la Mer, all offering beautiful sandy beaches.
