  Ground floor bedroom Step through the front door into a hallway, from which stairs lead up to the first floor. To your left on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and en-suite shower room, with WC, shower and basin.     
The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor
On the first floor (second floor for North Americans) is the second bedroom, also with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle, WC and basin.  
  The sitting room and kitchen on the second floor Carry on up the stairs to reach the second floor (third for North Americans) where you find the newly refurbished (2018) open-plan sitting room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery and glasses. Appliances inlcude a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), two ring induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle and coffee maker. In the sitting area there is a TV with satellite receiver (sky free view) and a DVD player and a CD/Cassette/Radio player.   
The terrace and sittng area On the next floor (third floor, or 4th for North Americans) is the terrace which is furnished with patio furniture, and where you can enjoy the delights of alfresco dining or simply relax. Over the parapet you have wonderful views of the surrounding roofs and to the hills in the distance. Separated from the terrace by sliding glass doors is a sitting area, with a sofa, a drinks fridge, and an iPod docking station. To one side of the terrace is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hipbath, WC and wash hand basin.
