Step through the front door into a hallway, from which stairs lead up to the first floor. On the first floor is the open plan living area. The fitted kitchen is at one end of the room and is equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster. A good selection of cookware and crockery will allow you to make the most of the fresh local produce available in the twice weekly farmers market.   The dining table can accommodate four persons and there are four dining chairs. The sitting area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, and there is a flat screen television (French channels). WiFi internet access is also available.    From the living area, stairs lead up to the second floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a there is a built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has been beautifully tiled and there is a walk- in shower as well as a WC, wash basin and a washing machine.    The bedroom and bathroom on the second floor From the bedroom, stairs lead to the roof terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine and the views. A table and chairs, and a sun umbrella allow you to make the most of outdoor dining, and deck chairs are provided for you to relax in.   Just across from the front door, a bench invites you to sit and relax - perhaps with a glass of wine - in the shade of the plane trees. The view upstream, towards the bridge and the church, is lovely, and there is sound of running water.   Belle Vue is a perfect base for exploring the area - there is so much to see and visit!
