    To your right glass doors lead into the large living room, which spans the depth of the house and has windows at both ends. The large and decorative fireplace is at the centre of the room, and to its left is the dining area, with buffet, dining table and chairs and bookcase. At the opposite end of the room is the sitting area, with leather sofas and chairs, television and HiFi system. The dining table can be extended and seats five persons comfortably.  
    The terrace at the front of the house is furnished with a round table and chairs, and gets the sun from late morning onwards. The table in the gravelled garden at the back of the house is shaded by a mulberry plane tree and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a BBQ. Please be aware that the owner of L'Hortensia occupies the ground floor apartment and from time to time may share the garden with you.. 
A corridor leads from the living room past the kitchen to give access to the rest of the apartment. The first door on your right is the separate WC, and the next door leads to the bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine, as well as a bathtub (with shower screen) and wash basin.  Opposite the bathroom is the first of three bedrooms. This bedroom is furnished with a single bed and overlooks the front of the house.   The next bedroom on the left is furnished with a double bed, a large armoire and two easy chairs and overlooks the terrace at the front of the house.    The last bedroom on the right is also furnished with a double bed and matching wardrobe, as well as night tables and chairs, and overlooks the back of the house. A built in closet in this bedroom holds the iron and ironing board and the vacuum cleaner and associated equipment.
