 L'Horizon is newly renovated throughout and retains original features such as exposed wooden beams and tile floors.   
Step through the front door and into the welcoming entrance hall, from which French doors lead to the large and very well appointed eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, glass ceramic cook top, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extract fan and all the necessary cutlery, dinner service, glasses, saucepans and utensils. Kitchen table seats six. Off the kitchen is a utility room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate WC.    
Stairs lead from the hall to the spacious living room, which occupies the entire first floor. The l-shaped room is comfortably furnished with a large wooden dining table and chairs at one end, and a relaxing sitting area with two sofas, coffee table, and decorative antique stove. Enterntainment can be provided by the flat screen LCD television, satellite receiver (terrestrial UK channels and SKY free view), DVD player and stereo Hi-Fi system. Broadband internet access (WiFi) is available in this room.  
The living room opens onto the covered terrace, which is furnished with a large table and chairs. There is also a built-in BBQ and a retractable washing line. The terrace is an ideal place for enjoying drinks and meals - two of the four large panes at the front can be opened and allow you to make the most of this room during all seasons. The view from the terrace is over the park in front of the town hall.      Ascent the stairs to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower, heated towel rail, wash basin, WC and bidet. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.6mt), chest of drawers, a three door wardrobe and night tables. This room also overlooks the town hall park. The other bedroom on this floor has two single bunk beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.    Up a spiral staircase you reach a further bedroom and en-suite bathroom with curved glass shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, night tables, two chests of drawers and a hanging rail. The third floor offers beautiful views of the rooftops, the local vineyards and the distant hills beyond.   All bedrooms are equipped with electric fans and the house has heaters throughout |
