La Cave is located in the hamlet of La Maniere, between the villages of Puisserguier and Cebazan, not far from Saint-Chinian. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, in the midst of vineyards and stunning countryside, with its own private garden and swimming pool, this is an ideal property for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

The house is entered from the drive (space for three cars) at the side of the house into a lobby which leads into the main room on the ground floor. L-shaped, this large open plan room is divided into three areas, the salon with sofa and easy chairs, coffee table, telephone, Television with satellite receiver, DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette player. The dining area is furnished with a large refectory style table and chairs which seats eight, and a traditional buffet.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with gas/electric cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker and toaster. On the ground floor is also a bathroom with shower, basin and washing machine, a separate WC, and a cloakroom.

French doors lead from the living room onto a terrace and to the garden and the swimming pool. The terrace is shaded by a wrought iron pergola and climbing plants and is furnished with table and chairs for outside eating.

Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the first floor (second floor for North Americans), where there is a large living room on the galleried landing, with sofas and easy chairs. This beautiful space is ideal for relaxing or reading.

Steps lead from the sitting room to a lobby from where there is access to two bedrooms, both with double beds, a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and double wash basin, and a separate WC.

On the second floor (third floor for North Americans), off the galleried landing overlooking the sitting room below, are two more bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a further bathroom, with shower, basin and separate WC.

All rooms are light and spacious and the house has full central heating, for added comfort during the winter months. There is a pool house with shower adjacent to the swimming pool (8 x 4.5mt approx.); sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ allow you to make the most of outdoor living during the summer.
